Winston & Strawn has hired Beth Kramer as a corporate partner in New York.
Kramer joins the firm from Chadbourne & Parke (now Norton Rose Fulbright), where she was a partner. She has extensive experience advising U.S. and non-U.S. asset managers on fund management, and regulatory and compliance issues. Kramer counsels private funds, separately managed accounts, family offices, investment advisers and investment companies on structuring, organization, distribution, and SEC regulatory and compliance matters.
Winston & Strawn hired Kramer along with eight other partners from Chadbourne, including Scott Naidech and Mort Grosz, and the entire New York-based Latin America practice. Naidech advises domestic and cross-border clients on fund formation and investment management. Grosz has broad transactional experience and advises domestic and foreign corporate clients and investment funds in various cross-border matters.
