David Stauber has joined Pepper Hamilton as of counsel in the firm’s tax practice group in New York.
Stauber focuses his tax practice on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and securities offerings. He handles a broad range of transactions, including cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings, and has considerable experience with international tax matters.
“David is well-versed in M&A and international tax matters, and is able to distill those issues down to provide efficient and effective counsel to clients. Pepper has a strong business tax practice, and we believe David will add tremendous value to our group,” said Joan Arnold, chair of Pepper’s tax practice group.
Prior to joining Pepper, Stauber was an associate in Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s tax group.
